1. Scope

This policy explains how TIB collects, uses, and shares information across TIB and its portfolio brands (including IdeaDepot.ai).

2. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, hashed password.
Mobile phone number: collected only when you affirmatively opt in via our web form at /settings/notifications or during signup.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device/browser type, IP address (for security and abuse prevention).
Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the Services, authenticate you, prevent fraud, send transactional and (with opt-in) marketing messages, and comply with law.

4. SMS & Mobile Opt-In — No Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent information to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used exclusively to send you the messages you consented to. This restriction covers text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data processors who help us deliver SMS (e.g., Twilio) receive only the minimum data necessary to send your requested messages and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies (you can decline).

6. Sharing With Service Providers

We share limited data with: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), and cloud infrastructure providers — solely to operate the Services. All processors are bound by data-protection agreements.

7. Your Choices

SMS: Reply STOP to any TIB message to unsubscribe. You can also toggle SMS off at /settings/notifications.
Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Account deletion: Email support@techinnovationbuilders.com.

8. Data Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal and audit purposes.

9. Children

TIB services are not directed to children under 13. The IdeaDepot.ai KidsCorner sub-experience operates under COPPA-compliant parental consent — see the KidsCorner-specific consent flow.

10. Security

Encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, principle-of-least-privilege access, audit logging.

11. Your Rights
