1. Acceptance

By accessing techinnovationbuilders.com or any TIB service (including the IdeaDepot.ai portfolio brand), you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

TIB is a SaaS operator running a portfolio of tech brands. Services include web applications, email notifications, and SMS notifications sent from (888) 788-8450.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Program name: TIB Notifications & Marketing.

Message types: (a) Transactional — sign-in verification codes, password resets, account and service alerts. (b) Marketing — up to 4 promotional messages per week regarding new features, offers, and program updates.

Message frequency: Transactional messages are sent on-demand triggered by user action. Marketing messages: up to 4 per week.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Opt-in: You may only receive TIB SMS messages if you affirmatively opted in via our web form at /settings/notifications or during account signup by checking the SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out (STOP): Reply STOP to any TIB SMS to unsubscribe from all messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any TIB SMS for support information. Or email support@techinnovationbuilders.com.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate contact information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

No unlawful, abusive, or automated scraping activity. No circumvention of security controls.

6. Intellectual Property

All TIB content, trademarks, and code are owned by TIB or its licensors.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIB's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised Effective date.
